I think I might refrain from posting a holiday gift guide this year, but I have to share one item that is perfect for any person in your life. I highly recommend gifting someone (or yourself) a custom iPhone case. I just made one at ZZPrint, and I can't stop staring at it. I used an image of Bullion by artist/photog, Thomas Demand (who used folded gold paper to create faux bullion gold bars). $30 including shipping.
